We have 3 full-time Service Technicians – who travel everywhere on the Sunshine Coast, including the surrounding Islands. Yes, we service all brands of hot tubs.

- We provide Expert On-site Diagnosis and Repairs
- We provide In-shop Repairs: customers can bring their water samples for testing, and their pool & hot tub pumps, motors, heaters, internal spa pack controller for diagnosis & repair
- Our customers can bring in their Softub as well for repair. They’re super light-weight and easy to move!
- We offer FREE Hot Tub and Pool Water Testing & can provide you with expert assistance and products to correct your water chemistry.
- Our customers can also bring their water sample in for testing, if they wish, and get the same great service!
- Winterizing & De-Winterizing
- We handle the paperwork for all our Hot Tub warranties and guarantees.
- We carry and install the ClearBlue Ionizer System
- We also use Leaktronics to diagnose possible issues
